His roommate was home, but when he arrived from work at 7.45, Damon's door was closed and he never laid eyes on him all night. He said that's a little unusual, but that Damon's been moody lately. He did hear soft music playing, and he heard Damon make several phone calls around 10 p.m. This alibi is a little weak.
